Her career spans clinical, administrative, medical device sales and national training roles, with a strong focus on innovation, efficiency and collaboration.
Known to most as "Ellen from Orlando", Ellen has been serving Central Florida and United States within the medical field leading with a cultivation of positive culture and a passion for patient advocacy.
With a history of education in Cardiovascular Technology and Health Services Administration, Ellen challenges individuals and companies to strive for optimal revenue results while preserving the balance of integrity and caring.

Born and raised in Orlando, Florida, Ellen's career has a diverse background spanning clinical, administrative, and medical device sales and training roles.

Known for her fun, positive, and supportive approach, Ellen is a strong patient advocate who works tirelessly to cultivate a collaborative culture wherever she goes. She’s passionate about improving healthcare, driven by her personal experience with a broken support system while her husband was hospitalized with complications from COVID Pneumonia. This experience sparked her dedication to elevating the healthcare experience and advocating for better patient support, leading her to collaborate with technology companies for innovation and positive change.

Ellen has a natural knack for troubleshooting, overcoming barriers, and producing valuable results that drive transformation. Her ability to ask insightful questions and truly listen makes her a valuable partner in any team.
Outside of her professional life, she’s an avid yoga practitioner, CrossFitter, and training in Jiu Jitsu with her husband and their two daughters. With a strong foundation and history in music and performing arts, she brings an entertaining sparkle to any presentation, and is able to communicate in English, Spanish, and is currently learning American Sign Language.
With familiarity and understanding of military processes and a deep commitment to supporting others, Ellen is dedicated to sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of collaboration and respect both at work and in life.
